Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with PepXLabs.
Research use only
All products supplied by PepXLabs are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or medical devices, and must not be administered to humans or animals. By ordering you confirm you are a qualified researcher purchasing on behalf of a laboratory or research entity.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction. PepXLabs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider; PepXLabs does not store your card details.
Shipping
In-stock orders are typically dispatched within one business day from Ontario with tracked, insulated packaging. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and PepXLabs is not liable for carrier delays.
Returns
Due to the nature of research materials, opened vials cannot be returned. Damaged or incorrect shipments must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographs so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Limitation of liability
PepXLabs is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from misuse of its products. Responsibility for safe handling, storage and disposal rests entirely with the purchaser.
